Located in the business district of Southern China, Ricarica is a new Chinese coffee brand, aiming to create a convenient and affordable experience, supplying beautiful tasting coffee. Creating a brand identity across digital and print for mandarin and english speaking customers. The roll-out of the brand identity needed to consist of digital design and marketing material across multiple channels. A bilingual website which would become a platform for coffee information, events in and around Southern China. Creating a pre-ordering system on the website with a Wechat-pay POS.
The visual language differs considerably to that of the Western coffee scene, cultural ideas on colour use and typography were a major challenge to the project.
A refreshing take on coffee culture, that has seen the business develop additional outposts across China. With plans to expand their business objectives in 2019.
